The ceremony consisted of three segments: an opening declaration, the award presentation, and speeches by company leaders. The event organizer, Shu Qi from the HR department, delivered the opening declaration. Six winners—Zeng Chaohai, Feng Shuangjian, Lu Caifen, and Tan Kunmei from Workshop three, Wu Bo from Workshop two, and Jin Kana from the Quality Center—shared their essays and acceptance speeches. Chairman Yao provided personalized feedback on each submission, noting the heartfelt gratitude expressed toward the company, parents, and colleagues, as well as the hopeful visions for the future.
At the final stage of the contest, Ms. Yao made a comprehensive review of the event. Ms. Yao said that at the award ceremony, we saw one touching piece after another, each brimming with warmth and the beauty of human nature, and each highlighting the kindness and purity of human hearts. These compositions included essays, poems, and novels, but regardless of the genre, they all demonstrated the most sincere gratitude and best wishes from each employee. We could see the boundless anticipation for the future of Heiger shining in their eyes.
